DXMBH Series pressed steel castors are specially designed to carry heavy and impact loads. Technological
innovation of this series are unmatched. The clam is made from 6mm and the plate from 8mm thick deep.
The
centre bolt is forged from En-8steel bolted and secured to absorb shock loading and to reduce wear & tear,
Smooth and reliable movement of the Swivel head is achieved by the use of taper roller thrust ball bearing which
can be lubricated in the swivel head are covered in a manner which makes them dust - proof, enhancing their
smoothness in the movement A wide choice in wheel material is available, depending upon the applications. |

The robust pressed- steel construction of DXMBH-Spring Loaded castors protects them from damaging shocks or
vibrations caused by dumping of heavier loads.
The top place plate and clamp of these castors is made from thick EDD sheet which provides strength, and
ensure that the load is evenly distributed over the wheel and spring assembly. A thrust ball bearing in the swivel
head is fitted with grease nipple for lubrication. The centre bolt is forged from EN-8 Steel to enhance shock
bearing capacity. The wheel has two sealed ball bearing to ensure noiseless movement. |
