The robust pressed- steel construction of DXMBH-Spring Loaded castors protects them from damaging shocks or vibrations caused by dumping of heavier loads. The top place plate and clamp of these castors is made from thick EDD sheet which provides strength, and ensure that the load is evenly distributed over the wheel and spring assembly. A thrust ball bearing in the swivel head is fitted with grease nipple for lubrication. The centre bolt is forged from EN-8 Steel to enhance shock bearing capacity. The wheel has two sealed ball bearing to ensure noiseless movement.
